Noted DCC were consulting until 11 April on four sets of proposals, namely: Design Code; Affordable Housing and Financial contributions; Housing Need; Trees and Woodlands. Agreed a response from the NP designated area should be prepared. This will be reported to BPC and GRA. Richard Hornby, Carole Lattin and Patrick Conway to meet Wednesday 15th March, 1.00pm at 116 Moor Crescent to prepare a draft for circulation.
