Noted that a report is due to both bodies by early summer regarding the immediate future. Agreed this should be submitted in May to the parish council, seeking affirmation the council as nominated body continues to support the need for an NP and that authority is given to the chair and vice chair to submit a funding application to Locality, as soon as an announcement is made. Patrick Conway to circulate a draft for comment - Housing indicative theme.
General discussion building on SPD submissions: covering affordable accommodation; need for social/public sector provision; metrics for affordable should be based on local income levels; regulatory and licencing for the rental sector; and the appropriate mix of private, rental, HMOs and possibly holiday accommodation for the NP area. - Googledoc.
Richard Hornby reminded the meeting about the need for narratives - Date of next meeting
